(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company”) regulated by Dep. of Economic Development. You the User herein whether registered or not (“user”) are authorizing us and our associate partners to contact the User with regards to offers and promotions for their services along with the product which the User have opted for. In addition, we might contact the User to offer promotional offers running on this Website & offers offered by the associated third parties. By registering, the User is further authorizing us hereby to call the User for products and services in spite of the fact that the User may be registered in the DND (Do not Disturb) / DNC (Do not Call) registry.

By registration User authorizes us to send SMS/email alerts. By using and/or registering at this Website, User authorizes Company (including its representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) to use the content uploaded/ updated/ submitted by the user for the business purposes of Company including but not limited KYC documents, Bank details and any other details/ information (photos/image/pdf/any other form of files).
The company may provide/allow some of its users to use its in-app dialer module (Dialer). Once the Dialer is enabled, the system will ask for various permissions like tracking the calls logs, Draw app over other applications and certain other permissions. The Company does not record the calls made by/through the Dialer. The Dialer is a mere enabler/identifier of incoming and outgoing calls, enter disposition/s, generate calling reports, upload, add-delete team members and has certain other similar functions. Company does not use/share the User’s personal confidential data with anyone except its permitted business associates/partners. During the User’s sign in, the user gets a pop-up notification in the smart phone after every incoming and outgoing call.
The Mobile Application version will ask for the permission to Access the Media Storage, Call Logs, Contacts, Call and other permissions as may be required. The said permissions are required for uploading and downloading the documents/ files through the app for smooth functioning of the Lead process, Lead submission, fulfilment and Lead record thereon. The said data/ files/ documents are utilized for the sole and exclusive purpose of Business. We do not in any manner use the said data for any other purpose.
When the user installs the mobile application version, some of the information are auto captured which may include operating system running on the device, time stamp, basic information linked from the Email/ social media account for registration, profile picture, KYC details etc. We will retain the information to provide the services as long as we require subject to compliance with the applicable laws, so as to supply the user with better services.
By using and/or registering at this Website/ Application, User authorizes and grants unconditional consent to Company (including its representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) to allow them to use such details/ data/ files as may be accessed through the website/ Application and to contact the User via email or phone call or SMS and offer our services for the product/services, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on Company and offers by its business partners and associated third parties, for which reasons User’s information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy.
